Christopher Coggan is a solutions-oriented project manager and a seasoned collaborative negotiator. Since 2006, he has helped many Québec First Nations achieve their economic objectives through the development of numerous indigenous-owned business start-ups, acquisitions and partnerships. He has also negotiated dozens of agreements and contracts in the mining, renewable energy, transportation and real-estate sector.

With a solid experience in financing, he has successfully secured over a $100M of capital, debt and subsidies for indigenous businesses, notably the first Canada Infrastructure Bank loan under the Indigenous Community Infrastructure Initiative for Tshiuetin Rail Transportation Inc. and more recently, equity financing with the First Nations Bank of Canada to allow four First Nations to acquire (>$80M) a majority stake in the Hilton Québec, a world-class full-service hotel.

Christopher is also a partner and the Managing Director of Atmacinta Inc, a dynamic and growing multi-disciplinary consulting firm serving First Nations and their businesses.
