Awendio Solaris is advancing its strategy to establish an integrated U.S. domestic solar PV manufacturing platform and commercial supply capabilities serving customers across North America.
We are actively progressing plans for a phased 2 GW cell and module manufacturing platform in the United States. The proposed platform is intended to support utility-scale and C&I customers seeking long-term access to U.S.-manufactured solar modules through a transparent and resilient supply chain.
Building a U.S. Domestic Manufacturing Platform
Awendio Solaris is advancing a phased U.S. manufacturing strategy designed to support customers seeking to secure full domestic supply.
The initial phase of our manufacturing strategy will introduce a 2 GW U.S. module assembly in 2027 and, shortly thereafter, a fully integrated manufacturing value chain incorporating our own 2 GW U.S. cell manufacturing and domestically sourced upstream materials, including wafers.
This phased approach is intended to provide customers with a pathway toward increasingly integrated U.S. domestic content, while maintaining competitive product economics and long-term supply-chain resilience.
North American Commercial Offering
Alongside the development of our core U.S. domestic manufacturing platform, Awendio Solaris continues to develop commercial supply opportunities in the utility-scale and C&I markets across North America.
Through strategic sourcing partnerships, we are offering high-performance n-type TOPCon modules available to order now, including non-FEOC supply for the U.S. market, with delivery commencing in September 2026. This provides developers in the United States and Canada with a competitive near-term supply option for projects currently in procurement or under development.
Innovation and Research Excellence
Our plans also include developing the Solar AI-focused R&D laboratory, a proposed innovation hub featuring an experimental PV production line. This collaborative space would welcome companies, startups, and universities to advance solar technologies I.P. while offering technical training for the critical skills needed in this fast-growing industry.
