Mehmet Ender is an experienced PV solar cell professional with a demonstrated history of working in the photovoltaics industry on solar cell development and processing.

As Director – Projects at RCT Solutions GmbH, Mehmet is responsible for coordinating and managing owner's engineering and lender's engineering projects related to Ingot to Module PV manufacturing facilities across the globe. His role involves overseeing every phase of the project lifecycle, from initial design and feasibility assessments to detailed engineering, construction, and commissioning. Mehmet is currently active in major markets across the USA, Europe, and India, managing projects totaling over 20+ GW in capacity.

Previously, Mehmet served as Cell Line Chief Engineer and Cell Line Manager at Kalyon PV, where he managed a 500 MW bifacial Mono PERC PV cell line with an upcoming capacity expansion of 600 MW within a fully integrated (from ingot to module) module plant. Prior to this, he was Chief Engineer at Parla Solar, and was responsible for the 130 MW MonoPERC solar cell line production and process (wet chemical, thermal & metallization lines).
